Your Sim in Sims 4 can die for various reasons. Some of the reasons for which your Sim could die are

Sims 4 Death by Fire Cheat

You may not be aware but your Sim can probably die in a fire initiated by the Sim itself. As a natural reflex, whenever there is a fire, your Sim will panic and will try to evacuate the area. If you wish to kill the Sim in the fire, make them stand in it for a while and also make sure that the other Sim does not extinguish the fire.

On the contrary, if you don’t wish for your Sim to die, then put out the fire at the earliest because it spreads faster and can go through walls.

In order to kill your Sim by fire, you will have to activate Sims 4 death by fire cheat. If you intend to initiate a fire for 4 hours, simply type ‘sims.add_buff BurningLove’. Not only this, but you can also kill your Sim by inserting ‘ stats.set_stat commodity_Buff_BurningLove_StartFire 7’ in the cheat dialogue box.

The chances of a fire starting increase up to 15% every time you insert the cheat code. Aside from this, you can also prevent fires from happening. For this purpose, you can install fire alarms or a sprinkler system in the rooms which have a higher chance of being burnt. Death by Drowning

Killing your Sim by drowning is a time taking process but is doable. You can start by removing the ladder and then placing a fence around the swimming pool. Like I said earlier, it is a time taking process. So once you have placed the ladder, you will have to wait. Your Sim will eventually get tired and after some time, your Sim will get exhausted. It will take another few hours post exhaustion for your Sim to pass out and drown.

Sims 4 Death by Laughter Cheat

For this to happen, you will have to force your Sim into hysterical emotion. In order to make them hysterical, you will have to create scenarios that will get them playful to the point that they become hysterical. To make this happen, simply try to gather happy moodlets either from decorations, or sitting by the fire. You can also achieve it by working out.

To get your Sim into playful emotion, you can also make them take a bubble bath, watch comedy on television, and read a funny book. You can also try turning on the aura of the collected MySims trophies.

Death by Cowplant

You can also kill your Sim by feeding him the cow plant, but for this to happen you will first have to obtain and grow the cow plant. Also, make sure that the cow plant is in its adult stage so that it can be effective. You will notice once you stop feeding the cow plant for a while, a piece of cake can be seen hanging out of their mouths. If you choose the option ‘eat cake’, there are fair chances that your Sim may get eaten by the Cowplant. At the same time, there is a 50%chance that your Sim will survive if they spit it out on time.

Sims 4 Death by Exhaustion

For this to happen, you will have to make your elderly sim tired up to the point it gets exhausting and eventually dies of exhaustion. The only way you can do this is when you ‘Woohoo’ with an elderly Sim, there is a possibility that they won’t be able to keep up with the busy and active lifestyle of your other Sim and they will eventually die from hyperactivity.

You will have to look out for a dangerously tired moodlet and once you find one, force them to do one more activity. This will kill them due to exhaustion. In order to make your Sim tired, you can make them go for a jog, use the weight machine or can simply force them to clean.

Electrocution

If your Sim has a low level handiness skill, you can get him to repair electronics. If you do so, you can get severely fried. But this doesn’t end here. You will have to make your Sim repair another electronic item immediately after this. This way, your Sim will die of electrocution. Try repairing substandard electronics like fridge, television, oven, stereos etc.

Death by Starvation

Your Sim can also die of starvation if it is starved for about 48 hours. Simply lock your Sim in a room without any food source and external aid the moment ‘ravenous moodlet’ appears. This is because whenever ‘ravenous moodlet’ appears, they need to eat within 24 hours in order to survive.

You can also try inserting ‘sims.add_buff Buff_Motives_Hunger_Starving’ in the cheats dialogue box. This will immediately get the ‘ravenous moodlet‘ Once this happens, it is only a matter of 48 hours before your Sim starves to death.

Death by Embarrassment

This is hard to achieve and takes time but is doable. Your Sim has to go through a lot of terrible circumstances in order to die of embarrassment. Once your Sim crosses a certain threshold of embarrassment, you will eventually have to upscale it to the next stage. Your Sim will eventually have to hold up to this for a good few hours in order to die.

There are many ways through which you can make your Sim embarrassed. You can make them walk in on a stranger using the toilet or shower. Or you can try walking them around in public with bad hygiene.

Sims 4 Death By Old Age Cheat

Aside from all the killings, there are natural ways present to die in Sims4. When your Sim enters the early life stage, their days get numbered and will eventually die of old age.
